Where do you ship?

We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

What if I miss out on the daily auction?

If you missed out on getting the original in the daily auction, you will still be able to order prints from the store! These are released the following week so keep an eye out on your emails to be notified.

What do you mean I can get FREE SHIPPING if I join Janey's Mail Club?

Janey's Mail Club members will activate free shipping on their account - which means they can order anything, as many times as they like and have free shipping each time while they are active members. Check out the mail club now.

I urgently need my Flower Crown for an event in Melbourne - what can I do?

We have urgent same day delivery available within certain areas in Melbourne for $50 if you require your flower crown today. If this option appears at checkout for your address, select it and complete your order and we will contact you with the ETA. Deliveries can be any time up until 10pm.
